Thanks to everyone that showed up for an amazing backbending series!!! I trust that your practice has encouraged you to open your hearts to the wonderful people you meet this week. So often we live our day to day lives with closed hearts, revealing our loving true nature only occasionally to our family and close friends. Jah has called each of his children to live together in unity and peace, this can only happen while our hearts are open. Just like in backbends we face moments of fear, or moments where we feel like we just can't do it, but the truth is we can do it! And fear is the opposite of love! By going beyond this fear we are able to connect to our true nature which is love!!!
Blessings to each of you for inspiring my practice! You are all such bright, shining lights!
Jah bless!

ABOUT ONE LOVE YOGA AND RENO MUENZ
Reno Muenz is a charismatic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings his strength, humour and philosophy to every one of his yoga classes. Since the first time he opened the pages of Bhagavan Das’ It’s Here Now Are You?, he knew there was something radical about the practice of yoga.
His love for music has a major influence on his teaching style and adds to the uplifting message he brings to his classes. As a DJ for much of his life, he brings this connection to sound and intertwines it with his knowledge of yoga as a physical as well as devotional practice. Mainly influenced by Reggae and Dub music, practitioners will experience everything from Soul to Indie Rock and Punk as well.
In university he majored in Religious Studies with a focus on Buddhist and Hindu traditions and brings his knowledge and faith in both to his practice and to his classes.
“Yoga has completely changed the way I interact with life on this planet. It is my prayer, my exercise, my diet, the way I interact with others, it is everything. It has made me stronger and more compassionate. It has filled my heart with loving kindness and reminded me of the Oneness of All.”
Reno offers a challenging vinyasa practice with all the juicy bits of bhakti and spiritual practice. His love for the planet and all living things are a major part of his offering as an instructor. “To see all Living Beings as Divine, that is my one True Goal as a Yogi, that to me is Liberation.”
He gives thanks and praise to his many beautiful teachers Bhagavan Das,Ryan Leier, Jan Henrikson, Tina James, David Life and Sharon Gannon.
